Your first conversation with us: how to prepare in 15 minutes

Short answer
Bring four things to your first conversation: your goal, a short note about your family, your preferred route (property, funds or not sure yet) and your questions. You do not need passports or bank statements at this stage. We use the meeting to map out your personal path to citizenship.
If you are new to the topic, read how Turkish citizenship by investment works first.
1. Your goal
Write one or two sentences. For example: a home for the family, an investment you manage yourself, or a professionally managed fund. Add your preferred language and when you would like to start.
2. Your family
List who will join you: your spouse and your children, with their ages. One investment covers your spouse and your minor or dependent children. See the spouse and children guide.
3. Your preferred route
Property from USD 400,000 or fund units from USD 500,000. Not sure yet? That is fine. Look at the property vs funds page before we meet.
4. Your questions
Good questions to bring: Who manages the property or fund day to day? Which costs come around the investment? How do the three years work? What happens at each stage? For costs, see our cost types guide.
After the meeting
You receive a personal plan: your route, the documents to collect and the next step. We confirm any appointment time separately, in your time zone.
Common questions
Do I need to bring documents?
Not for the first conversation. We tell you which documents to collect once your route is clear.
Can my spouse join the meeting?
Yes. It helps to plan the family part of the file together.
What if I have not chosen between property and funds?
That is a good starting point. We compare both routes with you.
