Fund route
Turkish citizenship through investment funds
You buy units in a real estate or venture capital fund worth at least USD 500,000. Keep them for 3 years. With this investment, you and your family can apply for citizenship. Fund units are sold only to qualified investors — holding the investment amount alone doesn't prove that status.
- Minimum investmentUSD 500,000
- Keep it for 3 years

Who is this route for?
- You prefer not to manage a property yourself.
- You like that your investment is recorded by MKK and confirmed by SPK.
- You prefer one clear investment to comparing many properties.
