Data controller: Winvest Gayrimenkul Satış ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi ("Winvest Passport"). This notice covers only this website and its own forms; it does not refer to a Framer-hosted or group-wide policy.
Purposes
We process the details you submit (name, contact details, and, where you provide them, budget and country of residence) to answer your information request, arrange a conversation with our investor relations team and, if you separately opt in, send you marketing messages.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit request and, for marketing messages, your separate consent (Law No. 6698 arts. 5–6). Sending a request does not by itself mean you consented to marketing.
Collection method
Data is collected directly from you through this site's forms and any follow-up call or message you agree to.
Recipients
Your data may be shared with the Winvest Passport team members who handle your request and with service providers who support our systems (e.g., hosting, CRM). We do not sell your data. We do not yet have a confirmed list of every technical sub-processor; that mapping needs internal technical-team confirmation.
Your rights
Under Law No. 6698, art. 11, you can ask whether we process your data, request information, learn the purpose, know the recipients, request correction or deletion, and object to a decision based solely on automated processing.
