A roadmap for your nationality
Turkish citizenship for Pakistani families, rooted in a lasting friendship
Few countries share a friendship as warm as Pakistan and Türkiye. From Jinnah Avenue in Ankara to Ataturk Avenue in Islamabad, the bond is part of daily life. Winvest Passport helps Pakistani investors build on it with Turkish citizenship through a USD 400,000 property purchase or a USD 500,000 investment in funds, a deposit or bonds, held for 3 years.
- Clarify your investment route together with our team.
- Your documents and process steps are explained for your case.
- Your spouse and children can be included in the application.
Why Türkiye for Pakistani investors
Brothers in spirit
Pakistanis and Turks often greet each other as brothers and sisters. Streets, schools and parks in both countries carry the names of each other's founders, and Pakistani visitors are welcomed warmly from Istanbul's bazaars to Anatolia's small towns.
Stories your family already loves
Turkish historical dramas have become family favourites in many Pakistani homes. Visiting the landscapes, mosques and old cities behind those stories, from Bursa to Konya, turns a holiday in Türkiye into a shared family memory.
Direct flights from Pakistan
Direct flights connect Istanbul with Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Business trips, family visits and holidays are easy to plan, and Istanbul's airport also links you onward to Europe, the Americas and far beyond.
One investment, the whole family
A single USD 400,000 property or USD 500,000 fund, deposit or bond investment, held for 3 years, can cover you, your spouse and your children under 18. Our investor relations team prepares the family file with you.
Two investment routes to Turkish citizenship
Real estate: USD 400,000
Buy property worth at least USD 400,000 and keep it for 3 years. You can use it as a home for your family or rent it out.
Fund, deposit or bonds: USD 500,000
Invest USD 500,000 in eligible real estate or venture capital funds, a deposit at a bank in Türkiye or government bonds, and keep the investment for 3 years.
The process for Pakistani applicants
A first call in your language: goals, route (property or fund), budget and family composition.
Document preparation at home: legalisation and translation.
Bank account in Türkiye and traceable transfer of the investment amount.
Investment execution: property purchase with valuation and title deed, or fund unit purchase with MKK blockage.
Conformity certificate, investor residence permit and the citizenship application.
Decision and passport issuance; family members included in the same file.
Practical notes for Pakistani applicants
Pakistan is a party to the Hague Apostille Convention (in force since 2023). Birth and marriage certificates and the police clearance certificate are apostilled at home and then translated by a sworn translator in Türkiye.
The official HCCH status table lists objections involving Pakistan: Greece, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany. Between these countries, documents are legalised through the embassy instead of by apostille (Article 12 of the Convention); our investor relations team arranges this step with you.
The investment is sent from Pakistan by traceable bank transfer to your account in Türkiye. Keep the bank records and the exchange certificate, because they are part of the application file.
Pakistan has its own rules on holding another citizenship. Our investor relations team goes through them with you before you apply, so your plan fits both countries.

Frequently asked
Is halal food easy to find in Türkiye?
Yes. Türkiye is a Muslim-majority country, so halal food is the everyday norm in restaurants and markets, and mosques are found in every neighbourhood. Pakistani families find it easy to keep their routines here.
Does one investment cover my whole family?
Yes, for your spouse and children under 18. They are included in the same application with the same investment, so you do not need a separate investment for each family member.
Can I keep living and working in Pakistan?
Yes. Türkiye does not require you to reside in the country after citizenship. You can continue your career or business in Pakistan and use Türkiye as a second home whenever your family wishes.
How are documents from Pakistan legalised for a Turkish application?
By apostille: Pakistan is a party to the Apostille Convention (in force since 2023). Objections recorded in the HCCH status table: 8.
